It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roger Benoit, beloved husband of the late Eileen Dorey, on May 2nd, 2016 at the age of 94.
He leaves to mourn his daughters Sharleen (David), Sandra (Richard) and Diane (Fred), his grandchildren Jason, Caroline, Kenneth, Michael, Kimberley and Lorelei, his great grandchildren William, Jérémie, Émile-Antoine, Morgane, Liam, Luca, Marius, Gael, Emma-Rose and Samuel, his nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences at the funeral parlor on Sunday, May 22nd 2016 starting at 1pm, followed by a commemorative service at 3pm in the Chapel of the parlor.

My deepest sympathy to the whole family . Was so sad to hear Mr.Benoit had passed away. I had spoken to him on the Friday before and was able to tell him that we always enjoyed his company and hoped we could see each other soon . We sent him lots of Hugs and kisses and told him to feel better. I am happy we were able to say goodbye.

Already I miss you, Daddy. I'm looking at the clock every morning, at 10:40 and wishing I could pick up the phone to call you now as I always did. It was warm and comforting to hear your voice, just as it felt all my life knowing you would be there for me, to help me, to save me. And you did - you rescued me so often. Your "faut pas s'en faire" wisdom was wise and got me through rough times, just as it's seeing me through this too. But...I do wish we had one more summer together - I so liked being with you. Take care of Mommy, it's time for the two of you to be together now. My love forever, Sharleen
