Jake Theodor Czornobaj passed away peacefully in his sleep at the young age of twenty-seven on February 26th, 2018, in Red Deer, Alberta.
Jake is survived by his parents Mary and Gerry Czornobaj, his sisters Emma and Laura and his uncle Eugene Czornobaj (Patricia Snow), of Montreal, as well as many relatives in both Prince Edward Island and Alberta.
Jake was born on August 30th, 1990 in Lethbridge, Alberta and spent his childhood in Montreal. Jake was an avid reader, deep thinker, talented musician, and an intrepid traveller. He graduated from HR Billings High school in Chateauguay.
A visitation is scheduled for March 14th, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at:

Refreshments are available on location. Father Roman Lahola will offer a traditional Ukrainian prayer and blessing between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jake`s life.
